What does an INL do?
Inspiring New Leaders, or "INLs", learn about all things Dance Marathon and gains valuable skills necessary to become an impactful leader on campus. INLs will shadow different teams within DM at FSU to get a grasp on what team's responsibilities entails. There are 16 Internal teams to learn about, so there is something for everyone!
INLs are a member of the Internal team and receive a T-Shirt, name tag, and take on an instrumental leadership role that is crucial to the success of our organization
What is the time commitment?
Inspiring New Leaders attend weekly meetings hosted by the Leadership & Legacy team. In these meetings, they connect with other INLs, learn about any upcoming events, and all things DM at FSU!
There are other Dance Marathon events throughout the year that INLs are encouraged to attend. These events include everything from share-it nights at local businesses in Tallahassee whose proceeds go back to our cause, to our annual 5K race, Miles 4 Miracles!
Why should I apply?
Freshmen / first year FSU students should apply for this program because they will gain more than just involvement with Dance Marathon. In the INL program, they will find community, friendship, and lasting connections with others.
Inspiring New Leader Program

This is an awesome leadership opportunity for freshmen to get involved in DM. Freshmen are able to learn the different roles of each team within DM throughout the year and find their reason for doing DM while going through the program.
Applications are open until September 3rd at midnight. If you have any questions, contact Lindsay at firstname.lastname@example.org.
