Miracle Milestones

Dance Marathon at Florida State University 2018 is around the corner! With that in mind, we’d like to share some of our Miracle Milestones to show you the cool things you can experience after you reach the minimum and beyond.

$300 - Invitation to the Marathon

Congratulations! If you raise $300, you’ll be invited to Dance Marathon at FSU 2018. During one 20-hour shift, you’ll stand in honor of the kids who can’t.

$500 - Full points for organization

Reaching this milestone means that your participation during the Marathon will count as points towards your organization’s total, and every point counts when you’re on the road to Totum Victorium. This phrase translates from Latin as “Total Victory” and is awarded to organizations who have 100% of the members fundraising on Donor Drive. Dancers will also get to experience FTKamping; a new, immersive experience that allows participants to sit and enjoy the great outdoors, indoors.

$800 - 30 minutes of sitting yoga

Standing for 20 hours can make you lose your zen. At this milestone, you’ll be able to participate in a sitting yoga session and engage in some purposeful relaxation.

$1,000 - Comma Club

At this level, you become a member of the Comma Club! As one of the best groups on the block, membership includes a shirt and the power to motivate your friends to “hit comma” during the Marathon.

$1,500 - 20 minutes in a La-Z-Boy, fast pass in food line

During the Marathon, sitting time is precious, and something that’s even more near and dear to the hearts of our dancers is food. When you hit this milestone, get ready to kick back and relax, and head to the front of the food line.

$2,000 - Movie + 1 VIP guest

A VIP is someone who has open access to the Marathon for free due to your amazing fundraising! Call on them if you need anything during the weekend. While you’re waiting for them to drop by the civic center, why not take some time to watch one of your favorite flicks?

$2,300 - $2,300 Club line dance on stage and DMFSU blanket

Another one of the coolest clubs on campus, members of the 2,300 Club will receive a shirt, a blanket, and get the opportunity to show off their line dance skills on our main stage!

$2,500 - 30 minutes with Miracle Families + photoshoot

The Miracle Families are the cornerstone of everything we do here in Dance Marathon at FSU. We want to give our dancers who have fundraised at least $1,800 the opportunity to meet them so they can see the beneficiaries of all their hard work.

$2,800 - 40 minutes in La-Z-Boy

At this milestone, you’ll receive 40 minutes of sit time, but be sure to space out the time you spend off your feet!

$3,000 - Hero Club Backpack

Want to show off your love for the cause beyond March 2-4? Hit this milestone and you’ll get one of these backpacks so that people can know how much you love DM as you walk through campus every day!

$3,500 - Fast Pass in merch line

Looking to get your hands on merchandise before all of the other dancers? Raise $3,500 and receive a fast pass to the front of the merch line!

$4,000 - Champion’s Club

Reaching this momentous milestone should be commemorated, and it will be! Dancers who raise for $4,000 for the kids become members of the Champion’s Club and receive a plaque with a canvas.

We encourage you to go above and beyond the minimum $300 needed to dance, and when you do, pat yourself on the back! It’s #Up2Us to make this our $2,000,000 year, and we hope you’ll be there on March 4 when we celebrate all the miracles we have made at total reveal!
