You can register to be a dancer during our two-week windows during the Fall and Spring, and you can fundraise throughout the year to contribute to our cause. Reach out to your organization's Delegate to learn more about joining your organization's DM team!

If you aren't involved with an organization that has a DM team, you can join Team Miracle! To join, sign up to be a fundraiser on DonorDrive and start raising money For The Kids! When asked what team to join, choose "Team Miracle".

Delegates are the representatives from each of the participating organizations with Dance Marathon.

Their primary responsibility is to share their passion for our cause by motivating their members to make the most of their experience with Dance Marathon. Delegates share information pertaining to our cause with their members. DM at FSU would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our Delegates!

Inspiring New Leaders, INL, is a Dance Marathons' unique freshman leadership program that is designed to empower first-year students to learn about our mission and the incredible work we do. Throughout this immersive experience, students will build meaningful connections, develop valuable leadership skills, and find their meaning to “Why” the DM at FSU is so special.

As an INL, they will have the incredible opportunity to hear from inspiring guest speakers, including our Miracle Families, leadership professionals, and representatives from FSU College of Medicine's Pediatric Outreach Program . These speakers will share their stories and help the INLs see their impact firsthand, and help them draw deeper connections to what drives our organization. In addition, INLs will attend presentations from each of our 17 Internal teams, learning about the different roles and responsibilities that take place throughout our organization.

During the year, INLs will be paired with one of our Internal teams to shadow and gain hands-on experience during the Marathon and other key events. This mentorship allows them to explore their interests, better understand team dynamics, and prepare for future involvement within the organization.

INLs will meet weekly on Tuesdays at 6 pm, engaging in workshops, team-building activities, important updates, and leadership development sessions. All crafted to build confidence, foster collaboration, and equip them with the tools to become impactful leaders on campus and beyond. This program aims to help our newest students grow as leaders and instill confidence in them to get involved on campus and show them that they can make a difference.

The Management team consists of 5 Directors:

4 Directors; each Director oversees one of the four branches

1 Executive Director; oversees the Management Team and Executive Board

The Executive Board consists of 18 Chairs who lead a team of Coordinators and Captains throughout the year to set and achieve goals as team. Each Chair is led by the Director of their branch.

The Executive Board is the backbone of Dance Marathon at FSU. These leaders dedicate themselves every day to create ways to make miracles For The Kids.

Coordinators at DM FSU serve on one of our 16 Internal teams led by a Chair.

The CORE Team is an integral part of our organization. CORE is comprised of 77 positions that directly support the Executive Board in achieving year-long initiatives.

Captains at DM FSU serve on one of our 17 Internal teams, lead by a Chair and Coordinators.​

The Dance Marathon at FSU Captain Program is composed of over 200 leaders dedicated to all things For The Kids. Serving as a Captain is a year-long commitment, where each individual is dedicated to advocating for DM at FSU, as well as completing responsibilities of their respective positions.
