Dance Marathon is a year long student-led initiative which aims to raise funds and awareness for children in need of specialized pediatric medical care that is otherwise not available to them locally.
At Florida State University, our movement culminates into a 30-hour event where over 1,800+ students stay awake and on their feet for our miracle children and our beneficiaries!

OUR MISSION
We as Dance Marathon at Florida State University,
in our 31st year, continue to unite through passion and purpose as we proudly support UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital and the FSU College of Medicine’s Pediatric Outreach Program, grounding our work in the community around us. Striving to create a welcoming space where everyone feels seen, valued, and connected by raising awareness, offering hope, and building lifelong friendships. Allowing us to recognize the privilege of dedicating our time at FSU to something greater than ourselves. We work for more tomorrows, for families, for doctors, and for every child facing pediatric illness. Dance Marathon at FSU is driven by the victories we witness and the "whys" that have guided us throughout the past 31 years. With our love, impact, and dedication, we will continue to change the world for those who came before us and those who come after us.
