DAY ONE from the perspective of Andie Garcia, Executive Director: Friday was the kickoff to what would come to be an incredibly rewarding and inspiring weekend. After a full day of traveling, we met downstairs in our hotel to have what felt like the sweetest of reunions after an entire summer of meetings through a computer screen.

Every fire starts with a single spark. With the first fundraising push of the season, Dance Marathon at FSU encouraged its participants to dig deep and find the spark that Ignited A Fire Within. Donors, dancers, and fundraisers alike shared their ultimate why in an attempt to raise $50 in one week. Those who reached their goals received an invitation to an exclusive ice cream social with our miracle families. “It meant a lot to see how many people were able to come together a
